  4. Hello people, can anyone of you suggest me good weight loss program for my
    wife? She has big problem with obesity and she tried many programs and tips
    to lose weight but nothing worked in her case. Moreover she has problem now
    with “yo-yo” effect, she is gaining pounds again… If anyone of you knows
    any proven weight loss program, please recommend! Thanks in advance

  8. I’m Bipolar and my meds make me really hungry and since they’re little
    salt capsules they hang on to water for a while and they make me look
    blotted. please get back to me. I really wanna control how much weight i
    gain

  11. I agree so much 😀 your video is lovely. When you do not change everything
    at once you might not loose a lot of weight in short time but then again
    you are less in danger to gain weight again because you can not keep up
    your healthy routine. I managed to loose my freshman kilos in the last 1
    1/2 years and now I am going for 60 kilo. Sorry I don’t know what this is
    in Lbs but came down from 75 kilo to 65 <3.

  17. You are a “Beautiful” inspiration indeed, Amy Nicol! How long did it take
    for you to get from your original 218 pounds to your slender 130 pounds
    now? You are TRULY a “M-O-T-I-V-A-T-O-R!” The trouble with most folks is
    how hard they are on themselves when the do a cheat every now and then,
    which to me is perfectly normal, but then literally beat themselves up for
    it resulting in giving up. You are a GREAT JUMP START and LOVELY GIRL!
